We take great care to make sure that you receive a healthy puppy. We're so confident in the health of our puppies that we provide a two-year health warranty.

Sunnydoodle Utah does not guarantee that puppy/dog shall be hypoallergetic or low shedding, and the Seller has no guarantee regarding the puppy’s final size, weight, or coat type when fully grown. Buyer understands that Seller’s prediction of coat type height, and weight at adulthood are estimates only and are based on Seller’s goal to match puppies with families appropriately. However; the Seller will share DNA result of the puppy/dog at time of picking.

The puppy/dog was previously examined by a licensed veterinarian and was found to be in good health at that time and has had the immunizations enumerated in the health records provided to Buyer. Buyer, at their own expense, must have the puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian and personally inspect the puppy/dog within Five days of receiving the puppy/dog (the “Examination Period”) for the guarantee in this section to be valid. Any request to return the puppy/dog to the Seller must be made within this period and must be accompanied by a written statement from a veterinarian describing all problems found. If, within the Examination Period, a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy/dog to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy/dog may be returned to Seller for a full refund of the Purchase Price. The veterinarian must provide a written statement deeming the puppy/dog “unfit for purchase”, which must be sent to Seller within 48 hours of the veterinary examination.

 

A warranty against genetic defects is provided for two years after the date of sale. Genetic defects that qualify for reimbursement are those related to hip, heart, elbow, patella, eye, or life- threatening issues: Reimbursement for genetic defects will be made only when a second opinion from a qualified veterinarian and proof of surgery expenses are provided. An official OFA hip rating will qualify as a second opinion. Umbilical hernia repairs will be reimbursed up to $200. The Seller will replace the puppy/dog with another of equal value or pay up to 50% of the purchase price towards vet bills. The Buyer does not need to return the original puppy/dog under the health warranty to receive a replacement puppy/dog or their money back. In the rare case of death, the puppy/dog will be replaced free of charge if under 2 years of age. A necropsy report completed by a qualified vet must show the cause of death was caused by a genetic issue. Shipping fees are at the buyer’s expense.

 

This warranty is void in the event of an indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis. Transfer of puppy/dog ownership shall void all such provisions of this agreement. Warranties shall apply only to the original purchaser. The foregoing guarantee expressly excludes any health issues caused by Buyer’s ill-treatment, abuse or neglect, any health issues that result from the puppy/dog’s transportation from Seller to Buyer and all minor illnesses and health issues, including upper respiratory infections, allergic reactions, stress colitis/diarrhea, internal or external parasites or contagious viruses (including canine parvovirus), UTIs or vaginitis. Buyer must fulfill the requirements for the Examination Period, described above, for this section to be valid. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made by Seller, and the puppy/dog is sold and delivered in an “as is” condition, except as expressly and specifically set forth herein.
